The Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee and DSA Labor Committee are hosting this four-part training every Sunday in February (Feb. 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd) from 2pm to 3:30pm. Each week will cover an essential aspect of organizing your workplace to win demands, organize a union, or strengthen an existing bargaining unit. From building a strong organizing committee, having successful organizing conversations, escalating collective action, and preparing for the boss' push-back, this training will help get workers started making real improvements at work.

Children welcome! We'll have kids' activities in an adjacent room and volunteers to help* All are welcome, no DSA membership required.

*A few more childcare details: Our meeting room has the church nursery & Sunday school room in it, which is where kids will be. Kids will be visible from our training room. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns, several trainers are parents of young children ourselves and we are very invested in comrades of all ages feeling welcomed at our events!
